Mykon Student Competition 2009

Due to the fantastic success of the 2008 Mykon Student Competition, we are launching the competition again for 2009.

Mykon Student Competition is designed to support up and coming designers and provide them with a platform in which to showcase their talent throughout the industry. In an increasing competitive sector, Mykon believe their Student Competition is an ideal way to allow the most creative and innovative young designers to be recognised amongst top UK companies in their quest to succeed.

Mykon Student Competition 2008 was a huge success, drawing the attention of universities and colleges across the UK in a bid to showcase their student’s inspirational designs. For more information on the Mykon Student Competition 2008 and to view submissions please click here.

This year, Mykon worked with a panel of top judges, including Michael Rose CBE who is the Chairman of The Building Centre Group Ltd and RIBA’s British Architectural Library Trust.

Mykon Student Competition 2009 is set to be even bigger than 2008, with the official Awards Ceremony taking place in a prestigious London location and a host of top industry magazines attending. The winning entry will receive £1000 cash prize and the chance to join Mykon in the production of their winning design. Once produced, the winner will also have the opportunity to have their award winning work displayed in a prominent London location.
